Individual client specific data is held and maintained in profile format. Data held within the profile includes:

* Name
* Address - Business, Home and Mobile
* Telephone, Fax and E-mail contact details
* Preferred seating and dietary requirements
* Frequent Flyer/Airline Club membership details
* Credit/Charge card details (encrypted)
* Hotel and Car hire frequent user memberships
* Passport and Visa expiry details
* Personal interests

And this information will automatically download into the booking as and when appropriate.
