	1. Can I book my airfare, my hotel, cruise, car hire and travel insurance with IntAir?
	Yes. we would be pleased to assist you.
	2. Is it safe to use my credit card?
	Yes. Your credit card details are protected by security standards which ensure that your personal details are safely transferred. Any information you send over the Internet is coded and only available to IntAir.
	3. Do I always have to use the same credit card each time I make a booking?
	No. We do not store your credit card information in our database once your ticket has been issued. This gives you the freedom to use whichever major credit card you want.
	4. Will I be charged a fee to make bookings with IntAir?
	Yes, in line with current international practice. Ask your consultant for the applicable fees which are based on complexity, time taken and resources used.
	5. Can I earn frequent flyer points by booking with IntAir?
	Yes. When you purchase a ticket through Intair, you are eligible to earn frequent flier points, unless otherwise stated by the airline in the conditions of the fare.
	6. When will I be charged for a purchase?
	Your purchase will be charged to your credit card before the ticket is issued or you may prefer to pay by bank transfer to avoid credit card merchant fees. This occurs shortly after the booking request and confirmation have been made.
	7. How will my tickets be delivered?
	After you have made a reservation and booked your fare, your electronic ticket will be issued which is verification of you flight details.
